Recently I had the misfortune to spend 6 months staying at this caravan park on a Monday to Friday basis. I believe his initial complaint was made to seek undue compensation from the company. Whilst the counter staff were always polite & friendly the same cannot & should not be said about the husband & wife management team. I offered compensation which he angrily dismissed before arrogantly storming away from the conversation. On 2 occassions after completing work at or around 12am i did fall asleep on the bed with a glass of red wine which duly spilt on the sheets. Absolutely no complaints were received during my stay. Something any normal manager would have done. Not once during my stay was i refused accomodation the following week. Despite claiming the room to have vomit in the bed, urine throughout the room & it being in a filthy & pigsty state as well as having to condemn the mattress & a copious amount of linen, he provided absolutely no evidence, made no complaints & when investigated by the company blatantly lied & coerced the head cleaners to lie regarding the state of the room after my weekly stays. Whilst my weekly stays were pleasant the park & counter staff were courteous with no issues being raised, 2 months after I last stayed at the park, the manager Quentin, slanderously accused me of destroying the room on every single visit.
